Our flat-lay grazing tables are filled with fresh, local, seasonal, hand-picked ingredients with a unique and beautiful presentation that is customized to you and your day! All our Grazing tables are Charcuterie inspired menus and include small floral displays, set-up and utensils for the table.
These do NOT include clean-up, staff serving at your event, or plates, napkins and silverware for your guests. All these things can be added on for an additional fee as needed.
Travel Fees for tables: There is a flat rate travel fee of $50 within a 50 miles radius to Norman, OK.
Standard Flat-lay Grazing tables require 40% down to secure event date.
Each grazing event starts at $18 a person.
Flat-Lay Grazing Tables
Wedding Graze tables are set, styled and arranged in a way that is show-stopping and beautiful. I add elements in the table that reflect the style of your wedding day. Each wedding and graze table is special, and different for me. Upon booking your event date, we will have an appointment to go over your menu for the graze and what you envision for your day. These are layered and tiered tables, with custom floral arrangements picked to match your venue and reception. Pricing includes set-up of the graze table, greenery, food, tongs, toothpicks, honey sticks or any additional serving ware, and labor. Each wedding package also includes a custom appetizer board for two for the bride and groom to snack on after the wedding.

Additional Info: We do not provide the tables. We have tables available for rent with linens. If this is something you need for your event we can discuss the options we may have available.
We ask that your table be set up inside durning the hot months for health safety.
Booking Process for ALL Graze event:
Submit an order form with type of event, date and time, estimated head count, location of event and any additional information you want to share. We will reach out within 48 hours to confirm the availability of your date and time. We will then send you an initial quote for your event and will have a formal meeting to review your contract and Graze Table package. After meeting, we will finalize the estimate for your Graze Table including any add-ons discussed during the initial meeting. Once signed, a 40% deposit is required. The deposit must be paid in full within 10 days of signing the agreement. We require both a signed contract and 40% deposit before your event date is secured. All Graze Table and event packages must be paid in full 2 weeks before your event date.
